For those who require extra length, please let us know at checkout; the best way to measure is from the center back of your neck downward. You can easily adjust the length of your lanyard by using the breakaway clasp and re-tying the cording if needed.

If you opt for the Retractable Lanyard it will come with heavy duty 3M Low Profile interlocking Velcro. The interchangeable option is fantastic for those who enjoy switching out badge toppers for different seasons or for replacing your badge reel if it breaks. Please note that the lobster clasp and split ring are not attached to the Retractable Lanyard, allowing you to customize your setup as you see fit.

☆☆Important Reminder☆☆ Badge reels are rated for approximately 10,000 pulls, but please be aware that the retractable cording may wear out over time. We offer a 30-day replacement policy for hardware components, including jump rings, lobster clasps, badge reels, and clasps, should they fail. However, this warranty does not cover the acrylic piece, which may break if dropped or impacted against a hard surface.
